I liked that I could adjust the ratio of soy sauce and sugar to my taste. Also, the staff were so kind that I could enjoy my time without any unpleasantness. They even give you jelly as a complimentary service at the end, and it's really pretty!

I used it for the first time. If you head towards the Midosuji direction from the main location of 551 Horai, you will find this building. This store is on the 7th floor, but when the elevator stops and the door opens, there is the store. Because I visited at lunchtime, the menu was accompanied by rice and miso soup, making it easy for solo diners. I was guided to a table seat with a portable stove on the table. You have to season the food yourself after ordering. On the table, there are chopsticks, water, and sugar. According to the staff's instructions, you divide the portions twice, add water twice, and sugar half and half, but I did it my way. I enjoyed the meal. The meat also looked high-quality. Under the meat, there were onions, shirataki, tofu, etc. One egg seemed a little less, so I considered adding more. Since it was my first time, I finished the meal as it was. The overall impression was that it was a good place to enjoy a nice meal. I felt that way. It's a place I could visit again if given the chance.
