This ramen place is really amazing! 🍜 It's a small shop near Shinbashi Station, and their special Chashu Niboshi Soba is absolutely fantastic. The chicken chashu is huge and delicious. The shop is small but has a great atmosphere, and you can comfortably eat alone. It's also great to go with friends or family. You definitely have to check it out! 😋

July 2026Before returning to Korea, I urgently dropped by a ramen shop near my accommodation. I visited around 11 AM on Saturday, and the place, which has about six seats, was already full. It's tucked away in an alley, so be careful because you might just walk past it if you're not paying attention. Interestingly, there was squid broth available, so I tried it; it felt like eating ramen in a salty squid soup. The tonkotsu ramen was also quite good. Although it was a bit disappointing that the noodles and toppings felt like they were served separately, overall, it was a decent ramen shop.
