August 2026I heard from a couple who are foodie friends that I could finally visit Kyo-mi Motoi, a famous restaurant that is currently very difficult to book, after about 10 months. Since last autumn's visit was in a private room on the second floor, this time we sat at the counter. Watching the dishes being prepared right before our eyes, along with the beautiful summer-themed tableware and elegant presentation, was truly amazing! My friend said, "The live atmosphere makes the counter seats much better than a private room."
