August 2026I had a truly fantastic gastronomic experience at Cycle. Chef Yuhei Miyamoto generously presented a beautiful, delicious, and original course menu utilizing freshly harvested local vegetables. The stories behind each vegetable were central to the dishes, and the plating and flavors using vegetables demonstrated the chef's true creativity.
