August 2026A shop I visited after looking it up the day before. Since I had the hamburger three days ago, I ordered the popular omurice this time. Using Miboran eggs from Yagami Poultry Farm (available at Anjo-te), it was finished to a very fluffy texture, and the chicken rice inside also has a great texture with distinct grains and delicious chicken. The demi-glace sauce is a well-matched seasoning. They also recommend the hamburger, so I want to try it next time.
