กรกฎาคม 2569I ordered the tasting menu, and overall it was good. However, I deducted one star because, despite being a Spanish restaurant, it lacked the authentic flavors of Spain. The use of lemongrass made it taste closer to Thai cuisine. While the food itself was excellent, this menu might not be suitable if you are looking for authentic Spanish food. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was lovely. Since it is an open kitchen, you can watch the cooking process if you sit at the counter. The wine pairing went well with the food, starting with Cava, followed by white wine, and then red wine. I also tried the "Jerome" brand wine named after the chef, who apparently travels through Europe constantly.
