กรกฎาคม 2569The techniques passed down from the third generation feel as though they have lost the skills for grilling, boiling, or making soups one by one, relying instead only on the grip of tradition; it feels like it's just the taste of high-quality ingredients. While the marketing is excellent, it has made it difficult for locals and long-time regulars to visit. It is a restaurant with a grand management philosophy run by the current global-minded fourth generation. There are only a few parking spaces, so it is better to make a reservation. Private rooms are popular, so I recommend booking several days in advance.
