This place is a real gem! ๐ฃ 'Hiyoko Shokudo', located right in front of Dae-mo-ta Station, is run by a fishing boat captain himself. You can taste fresh seafood from the Ariake Sea here. There's also a parking lot, so you can come by car. ๐ฃ๐ค

August 2026I wanted a delicious lunch while on a business trip, so I did a little research and found this place, and it was amazing. With incredibly fresh sashimi, my favorite fried squid, and excellent dishes that I could enjoy with confidence, along with steamed tea, I was extremely satisfied.

August 2026As expected of a famous restaurant, it was already full shortly after opening, and I barely managed to snag a seat to order. The Ika Tempura Set is affordable and incredibly delicious. The portion is generous, and the homemade tartar sauce is also tasty. I'm not sure if I'll have a reason to visit Omuta again, but if I do, this is definitely the place to go.
