March 2026I can't forget the taste of the hitsumabushi I had in Nagoya. Since I was in Tokyo, I made a special trip to visit. I went without a reservation and entered after waiting for 15-20 minutes! All the staff were kind and the service was good. However, there was a slight disappointment with the ambiance at the entrance. The taste is always excellent! :)

January 2026긴자 백화점 11층에 위치한 장어덮밥집. 기모노를 입고 접대해주시는데 분위기가 좋았음. 맛은 개인적으로 굉장히 정석적인 맛 같았다. 오차즈케를 해먹으라고 써있는데.. 큰 메리트를 모르겠다.🤣 참고로 백화점 신관이니 잘 확인해야함.
