July 2026On the evening of April 1st, we visited as a pair for the 'Komorebi Course'. We were allocated a private room instead of the counter, and it was comfortable and quiet. The tsumami felt perfect to accompany drinks, with impeccable grilling and seasoning. The nigiri was said to be made from seafood caught in Amakusa, and I liked the fact that the mix of shari varied with each neta. The squid and barley shrimp were particularly outstanding.
