July 2026A Japanese restaurant where you can order exquisite single dishes, which is rare these days. It is enjoyable to watch the 'live theater' style of cooking unfolding right before your eyes, allowing customers to order comfortably (and I think the food is delicious). It is a restaurant I want to visit again.
