This is a real Ajifry restaurant! ๐ It's just a 1-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station, so the accessibility is excellent! The owner, who loves mackerel fishing, makes the Ajifry himself, and it's truly a work of art. The shop opened in August 2023, so the atmosphere is fresh and clean. July 2026As the shop name suggests, they serve horse mackerel fry. They also had tonkatsu. The two staff members had a great atmosphere and greeted me warmly, which made me feel good. The most important part, the horse mackerel fry, has an amazing delicate crunchiness in the coating and a fluffy texture of the fish the moment you bite into it. The taste is spot on!
