August 2026It was a truly amazing gastronomic experience!!! Every single ingredient was prepared with care, unique, and fresh. Every course was delicious, and we could watch them being carefully prepared right before our eyes. The food plating was also excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable. Although we spoke English and the chef only spoke Japanese, we were able to have interesting conversations about the food and our respective cultures. I highly recommend experiencing this chef's artistic culinary skills.
