September 2026The dishes, harmonized with unexpected ingredients, were unique, and it was a delightful experience to see the menus filled with the chef's sincerity and to watch the chef cooking in person. I was so busy writing this review that I didn't even realize I had taken the subway in the opposite direction; I got off at Nogi-ja Station and now have to head all the way back home. The chef and everyone else there are wonderful and handsome.
