The hotel restaurant is absolutely terrible. The buffet (whether breakfast or dinner) is a complete mess. The food is soggy and tasteless, and the noise level is overwhelming. All of this costs 8,200 yen per person. Even an hour before the buffet closed, food wasn't being replenished, and items that ran out were never brought back. Despite all this, we still had to pay the full price.
